Join me on Mondays from 530-630pm for a rejuvenating yoga + meditation class.
Each 60 minute class will build some gentle heat, improve balance, strength and flexibility in your body and mind.
Classes will be strategically created to focus on a specific yoga pose or movement, muscle group or joint mobility, yogic principle, ayurvedic practice or mental health concept. Feel free to share what you want to explore, I love a class request!
Classes are limited to allow for personalized instruction and support. Pre-registration is required.
Come as you are, no fancy attire or gear required. Let’s move, breath and BE together!
