Lower cost compared to private sessions.
Energizing and supportive atmosphere.
Curated experience with informative, engaging and relavent themes
Cons:
Less individual attention and customization.
Class schedules may not align with your availability.
Potential for feeling overwhelmed in group settings.
Best for: Folks looking for a sociable and energizing practice and enjoy a group dynamic.
Online Yoga Library Membership
Pros:
Wide variety of classes & styles at your fingertips.
Convenience and accessibility from any location.
Easily fits into your schedule with classes ranging from 3-50 minutes.
Cost-effective option for exploring a variety of classes.
Ability to repeat your favorite classes.
Cons:
Lack of real-time, personalized instruction.
Potential for technical difficulties.
Distractions at home may make it difficult to practice.
Potential for decision fatigue when selecting a class.
Best for: Self motivated individuals who have strong boundaries with self and others, busy folks who need anytime access to classes and want a cost-effective way to practice.
Custom Ayurvedic Seasonal Guide
Pros:
Convenience and flexibility to pick and choose the practices you wish to implement.
Access and review the guide anytime and anywhere - return to it year after year for guidance.
Freedom to set your own pace and follow your preferred routine.
Cost-effective compared to private sessions.
Detailed written guidance with instructions and recipes.
Diverse recommendations spanning yoga, meditation, lifestyles, routines, meals, herbs and spices.
Cons:
Lack of real-time feedback from an instructor (unless combined with implementation sessions).
Requires ability to create structure in order to implement and reflect on progress & barriers.
Requires self-discipline and motivation to stay committed.
Limited social interaction and sense of community.
Best for: Self-motivated individuals who prefer flexibility and value independent learning, have some experience with yoga, and value privacy.
Ayurveda Implementation Session
Pros:
One-on-one attention and personalized guidance.
Dedicated time to review progress and barriers.
Outside perspective & encouragement in building new habits.
Ability to learn at your own pace.
Accountability from a supportive teacher.
Opportunity for deeper understanding and more in-depth discussions.
Cons:
Not a stand alone service - can be added on to the purchase of a Custom Ayurvedic Seasonal Guide -or- require an active membership to the digital yoga library SELF:
Limited to enhancing personal wellbeing - not intended to treat complex health conditions
Does not include group learning, feedback or social interactions.
Best for: Curious individuals who always ask “why” and folks that want a blend of independent study with one-on-one instruction.
