Before the first session:

You will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire about your health history, previous yoga experience, current routines & habits, goals, concerns & limitations and an Ayurvedic assessment to determine your unique dosha.

During your sessions:

  • Check ins at the beginning to determine the focus plus highlight progress, insights and concerns

  • Intelligently designed classes with practices that build your awareness of your physical, emotional and energetic needs

  • Techniques and functional movements to improve your overall well being

  • Personalized recommendations to support seasonal balance

  • Ample Q&A, reflection and integration of what you are experiencing + how to practice at home
