Join Cady & Kendi in a one of a kind Ayurvedic Day retreat to feel nourished and grounded this Fall season.

The 5 part retreat includes:

  • An intro into Ayurvedic seasons, Vata energy and how it impacts your mental, physical & emotional health.

  • 60 minute workshop on Ayurvedic facial massage techniques including marma point therapy.

  • Lunch & intro to Ayurvedic cooking.

  • 90 minute therapeutic yoga class with yoga nidra meditation and massage designed to warm your body and bring ease to your nervous system.

  • Ample time for Q&A, reflection and support in developing an implementation plan to take your practice out of the studio and into your everyday life.

  • Swag bag with over $45 worth of Ayurvedic goodies to continue the nourishment at home.

*Lunch is provided and will feature a vegetarian meal with a recipe to follow at home. (Can be made vegan upon request)

Your hosts:

Cady Pryse, founder of Tulsa Massage & Ayurvedic Bodywork in Tulsa, OK, began her massage career 2009. In true Pitta fashion, she is always learning and expanding her area of expertise. She has trained in and incorporates a variety of modalities in her bodywork including, Shirodhara, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Bodywork for PTSD and Aromatherapy. Kendi Vrska-Weygand opened Ananda Counseling + Wellness in 2018 in order to bring the healing practices of yoga and psychotherapy under one roof. She is Vata-Pitta through and through and thrives when she is learning, teaching, creating, moving and connecting. Kendi brings an enthusiastic energy to her sessions, meditations and yoga classes all designed to support mental health and help her clients reconnect to joy. Class policies:

By purchasing and attending this retreat you acknowledge yoga includes physical movements and may involve physical exertion.  As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. You are the judge of your own capabilities with respect to practicing yoga, meditation and receiving massage. If you experience any pain or discomfort, please listen to your body, adjust the posture, and ask for support from the instructors. Your participation in the Fall Ayurvedic Day retreat is completely voluntary and by participating, you acknowledge risks that are present and assume full responsibility for risks, injuries, or damages that may occur. Open communication regarding past and present injuries and allergies is vital to determine safe parameters for your participation.

Because space is limited, and events often sell out, refunds will only be honored if we can fill your space. No refunds, credit or exchanges if cancelled within 5 days of the event.
